Sent to Three Rivers District Council 2 minutes later
An armchair, mattress and wooden frame have been dumped on the grass by the side of road on Avior Drive. This occurred around the 18th Nov. This is not the first time that items have been left and always in a similar location however they are much larger in size this time.
